No Refunds or Returns

As a result of this customization, we are unable to offer refunds or accept returns. All sales are final once your order has been confirmed and production has commenced. We encourage you to review your designs carefully and ensure that all details are correct before submitting your order.

Quality Guarantee

While we do not offer refunds or returns, we stand by the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged or if there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will require photographic evidence of the issue and, if the defect is confirmed by our team, we will endeavor to replace the affected item at no additional cost to you.

If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Once production has begun, we cannot accept cancellations as your custom product is already in the process of being made.
